Ryan McCarthy
Director, Leasing
Ryan McCarthy helps to lead the leasing efforts for B&D Holdings, structuring and negotiating lease transactions across the firm’s national portfolio. Over the course of his career, he has participated in more than 3.2 million square feet of office and industrial transactions totaling approximately $680 million in value.
Prior to joining B&D Holdings, Ryan served as Leasing Manager at Vision Real Estate Partners, a leading developer and owner/operator of Class A office, industrial, and mixed-use assets. Earlier in his career, he worked as a commercial real estate broker with Cresa and JLL in New Jersey, advising corporate occupiers ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies on their office and industrial requirements.
Ryan holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University.
