Ryan McCarthy oversees all leasing and marketing operations for B&D Holdings, bringing deep expertise in structuring lease transactions that align the objectives of both investors and occupiers. With a forward‑looking approach, he focuses on anticipating market trends, positioning assets strategically, and creating long‑term value in an evolving real estate landscape. Over the course of his career, he has participated in more than 3.2 million square feet of office and industrial transactions totaling approximately $680 million in value.

Prior to joining B&D Holdings, Ryan served as Leasing Manager at Vision Real Estate Partners, a leading developer and owner/operator of Class A office, industrial, and mixed‑use assets. Earlier in his career, he worked as a commercial real estate broker with Cresa and JLL in New Jersey, advising corporate occupiers on their office and industrial requirements. His assignments have ranged from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, supporting a full spectrum of workplace and portfolio strategies.
