Mark Jackson
Director, Construction & Property Management
Mark Jackson leads Construction and Property Management functions across B&D Holdings' national industrial portfolio, overseeing construction, property management, tenant improvement, and all capital expenditure and development projects. He brings nearly 20 years of experience managing complex capital programs from planning through delivery.
Prior to joining B&D, Mark served on the executive team at The STRO Companies as Director of Construction and Development. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Development and Construction at Ivy Realty, where he oversaw a multi-state portfolio of approximately 7 million square feet, and held senior project leadership roles at JLL (supporting JPMorgan Chase's Global Real Estate group), NYU Construction Management, Thacher Associates, and Skyline Windows. His portfolio of work includes landmark projects such as the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, Yankee Stadium, and Madison Square Garden.
Mark holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Construction Management from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate.
