Louis Lemieux serves as a strategic advisor to B&D Holdings and as Chief of Staff to Martin Segal. He partners directly with Martin and the leadership teams across B&D Holdings and the Segal Family Philanthropies, shaping the infrastructure (from talent and culture to marketing, operating model, and board and stakeholder engagement) that turns a founder's vision into an institutional organization.
Raised in Africa and Asia and having done business in more than 50 countries, Louis brings a global perspective sharpened by roles based in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
He holds degrees from La Salle University, the University of Pennsylvania, Thunderbird School of Global Management, and Harvard University
