Kevin Bramhall

Kevin Bramhall is based in Tampa, FL and leads the firm's industrial acquisitions for the Southeast Region. He sources, underwrites, and executes investments that expand B&D's portfolio of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and shallow bay industrial assets, working closely with owners, brokers, and lenders to drive long-term growth on a risk-adjusted basis.
Prior to joining B&D, Kevin served as Director of Acquisitions for the Southeast Region at STRO Companies, where he was responsible for entering and scaling the platform in a new market, growing the portfolio to over $150 million in stabilized value exclusively through off-market acquisitions.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University.
