Kevin Bramhall

Kevin Bramhall is based in Tampa, FL and leads the firm's industrial acquisitions for the Southeast Region. He sources, underwrites, and executes investments that expand B&D's portfolio of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and shallow bay industrial assets, working closely with owners, brokers, and lenders to drive long-term growth on a risk-adjusted basis.
Kevin joins us from a family office focused, real estate investment firm where he served as Director of Acquisitions for the Southeast Region and led the firm's entry into a new market, scaling the platform through both marketed and off-market industrial acquisitions.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University.
