Jason Leary
Vice President, Property & Asset Management
Jason Leary helps to lead property management, asset management, and dispositions at B&D Holdings. He brings over a decade of experience in real estate asset and portfolio management, spanning commercial, residential, and multi-family investments.
Prior to joining B&D, Jason served as Senior Asset Manager at Market Street Real Estate Partners and, before that, as Senior Portfolio Manager at The Becker Organization, where he oversaw more than $150 million in commercial, residential, and multi-family investments, managed acquisitions and vendor relationships across the U.S. and Canada and supervised the firm's third-party management company. Earlier in his career, he held senior operations and finance roles across investment and trading firms, including RLB Squared, Agile PT Group, Forefront Capital, and Crown Advisors International, where he was responsible for accounting, back-office operations, and vendor and broker relationships.
Jason holds a B.A. in Finance from Penn State University.
