Jack Shulman

Jack Shulman helps lead acquisitions activity at B&D Holdings, sourcing and underwriting core+, value-add, and opportunistic industrial properties across the firm's national portfolio. He also overeseas the firms acquisition activity throughout the Northeast. He brings more than 20 years of experience in acquisitions and capital markets, with a track record of delivering risk-adjusted returns across market cycles.
Before joining B&D, Jack held acquisitions and capital markets leadership roles at The STRO Companies, where he sourced and closed approximately $675 million in acquisitions and refinances for industrial-warehouse properties. Prior to STRO, Jack worked at various family offices in New York City, sourcing and developing commercial and multi-family assets throughout the East Coast.
Jack holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University and a B.A. in Economics and International Business from Muhlenberg College.
