Frank Summers
Vice President, Underwriting
Frank Summers serves as Vice President of Underwriting at B&D Holdings, where he helps lead real estate financial analysis and investment underwriting. Frank works across several aspects of the transaction cycle, including financial modeling, market research, legal execution, debt and equity structure and placement, due diligence, and closing.
Prior to B&D Holdings, Frank worked at Colliers International for a top investment sales team in the Tri-State Area. Prior to Colliers, Frank worked as an Analyst at DRA Advisors. Frank has over a decade of experience and has led underwriting on a volume of over $3 billion in acquisitions.
Frank holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Muhlenberg College.
