Devon Geraghty is a Director at B&D Holdings, where she leads the firm's capital markets platform and plays an integral role in its acquisition activities. In this capacity, she oversees the structuring and execution of debt and equity financings across the firm's investment portfolio, manages relationships with institutional lenders and capital partners, and works closely with the investment team on underwriting and capitalizing new acquisitions.
Previously, she spent more than three years at Brookfield Asset Management, one of the world's largest alternative asset managers, supporting the firm's real estate investment activities.
Devon holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Finance.
