Danny Harrison
Managing Principal, Leasing & Strategic Relationships
Danny is a Managing Principal at B&D Holdings, where he leads leasing and tenant relationships across the firm's industrial and commercial portfolio and serves as a key voice on the investment committee. In more than 12 years with the firm, he has built relationships with tenants ranging from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, while guiding development partnerships with national chains.
Danny also served as Chief Operations and Risk Officer of BD Capital for nearly a decade, where he formalized the firm's processes and procedures and helped scale the platform's hard money lending and commercial real estate operations.
He began his real estate career in partnership with his father before joining the broader family office.
Danny holds a B.B.A. from Hofstra University
