Danny Coffman

Danny is based in Annapolis, MD and leads the firm's industrial acquisitions across the Mid-Atlantic. He sources, underwrites, and executes investments that expand B&D's portfolio of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and industrial properties through direct acquisitions, off-market sourcing, and strategic partnerships, working closely with owners, brokers, lenders, and institutional capital partners to drive the firm's long-term growth.
He brings more than 15 years of experience in industrial acquisitions, development, capital markets, and investment banking, having contributed to nearly $4 billion of real estate transactions across industrial, logistics, and mixed-use assets. Prior to B&D, Danny sourced and closed over $80 million in industrial acquisitions as Principal at Triten Real Estate Partners, led capital strategy and fundraising for the $5.5 billion Port Covington development at Weller Development, and led underwriting and financing of 6+ million square feet of industrial development at Tradepoint Atlantic, including projects for Amazon and Under Armour. He began his career in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities.
Danny holds a B.A. in Finance from Franklin & Marshall College.
