Beata Pudelko
Business & Operations Manager
Bea oversees the business and financial operations of the Office of the CEO and the Segal Private Family Office and works closely with the Segal Family Philanthropies. Since joining B&D Holdings in early 2009, she has become the central point of contact across the B&D enterprise, handling office operations, investments, administration, and tenant relations.
Before B&D, Bea was a Senior Client Services Representative at a private wealth management firm in Summit, NJ, where she managed back-office operations. Earlier, she served as Assistant to the VP and Manager of Research & Development and Technical Documentation at a privately held food science company in central New Jersey.
Originally from Poland, Bea studied at CUL University in Lublin before continuing her education in the United States. She holds a degree in Business Administration.
