Amanda Newett
Assistant Controller
Amanda serves as Assistant Controller at B&D Holdings, where she oversees the firm's consolidated financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end close across its industrial portfolio.
Amanda brings nearly two decades of accounting experience across commercial and residential real estate. Prior to joining B&D, Amanda served more than three years as Senior Accountant at KPG Commercial Management and spent more than eight years at Morgan Properties, rising from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant across a large multifamily portfolio. She began her career in public accounting, with early roles at Daniel Ferrari & Co. and Janney Montgomery Scott.
Amanda holds a BBA in Accounting from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
