Accounting Manager
Allison serves as Accounting Manager at B&D Holdings, where she leads month-end and quarter-end close and manages financial reporting and investor accounting across the firm's industrial portfolio.
Allison brings more than a decade of real estate accounting experience spanning residential, industrial, and commercial assets. Prior to joining B&D, Allison prepared GAAP financial packages, capital call funding requests, and investor distribution schedules for a portfolio of industrial and residential assets as Senior Real Estate Accountant at Advance Realty Investors, and managed annual budgets, month- and year-end close, and an accounts payable, receivable, and payroll team across multiple residential assets over nearly six years as Budget & Accounting Manager at Greystar. She began her career in multifamily residential accounting, holding roles at Alliance Residential, Building and Land Technology, and SIDCO Investments, where she oversaw financial operations for 700-plus apartment units.
Allison holds an MBA in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
